Terms of Use
Please note that I maintain all rights to my artwork, including sold and commissioned original paintings. I reserve the right to create reproductions unless the collector has acquired full or partial rights to the artwork, in addition to purchasing the original piece.
The collector or buyer must seek written permission before reproducing the artwork. If the artwork is featured in media, I only request credit.
When you purchase an original piece, you have the right to display it in your home or business, but it cannot be resold or reproduced for profit without my written consent. Feel free to inquire about purchasing full or additional partial rights to your painting, including the right to reproduce the artwork. I am open to discussing this further with you.
Shipping
At Mandy Hensley Vecchio Fine Art, I take care of every order with precision and attention to detail. Here are the estimated shipping and processing times for our different products:
Originals: Please anticipate a 7-10 business day period for your original painting to be meticulously packaged and shipped to you.
Prints: Each print is created to order. Kindly allow a 5-7 business day window for the print to be produced, hand embellished (special edition prints), meticulously packaged, and for the shipment to be processed.
Commissions: Upon the completion of the commissioned piece and the reception of the final payment, the shipment will then be processed. A tracking number will be shared with you via email once your shipment is on its way.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is my priority. I offer a 30-day return window for all original paintings, and prints. Your item must be in its original condition, with the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and insurance.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to prints, as they are not kept in stock.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
